I love that advice. I want to take that advice. My problem is I always set my next goal a mountain above my previous accomplishment and I'm very often disappointed.

Cheers,

This made me smile. I have just and I mean just put the pen down after setting my weekly health and fitness goals. I always start on a Tuesday to make sure I have recovered form the weekend.
This timely post made me feel so much more on top of things.
Thank You.

That is very helpful advice. Go a little above "your possible" and you'll be amazed at what you can achieve. Thanks!

That is a great reminder. Too often we want it all, or run before we can walk. Incremental steps. Wonderful reminder, thanks.
